What is Delta 8?

Delta-8-THC is chemically different from delta-9-THC by only a few atomic bonds and still offers a potent high of its own.  Delta-8 THC is found in small percentages in the hemp plant, but not enough to extract.  It is made by converting hemp derived CBD into Delta-8-THC.

Is it legal?

Yes!  According to the 2018 Farm Bill, all derivatives of hemp (cannabinoids, analogs, etc.) are completely legal in the United States as long as they do not contain more than .3% THC (Delta 9 THC to be specific).  Because our Delta 8 is derived from hemp and contains non detectable levels of Delta-9-THC, it's legal. Please note that D8 can cause drug failure test.
