All shipping fees are free on retail products and provided by USPS.  Depending on your location the package should arrive within 5-10 days.  If you do not receive your package after 10 days, please contact us through email, phone or facebook located on our contact page.

Refund & Exchanges:

Maxwell Hemp Co. strives to make you happy. We are happy to accept refunds and exchanges on products for up to 30 days both used and unused. Shipping and restocking fees may apply. If you are unsatisfied with your product please contact us through email, phone or facebook located on our contact us page.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
